If your product arrives damaged or defective then we offer a simple 7-day replacement/return policy.
(Unboxing Video Required for Claims: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please record an unboxing video. This video will be required for any claim related to product damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.)

• You received the wrong product
To qualify, please share proof (photos/videos) within **48 hours** of delivery.

• Normal wear and tear

• No proof of damage provided
• Minor variations in battery backup or performance

• Order ID
• Photos/videos showing the issue
• Unboxing video (mandatory)
3. Our team verifies the issue within **24–48 hours**.
4. We ship a replacement unit OR issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
5. Incase of damage product or replacement , it will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Refunds are only granted when:
• The product is out of stock for replacement
• The product cannot be repaired or replaced
